Our enhanced assisted living care in Arvada, CO includes studio or studio-plus apartments with private bathrooms and a shared lounge. Licensed nurses and 24-hour care assistants are available to residents receiving care. Supportive homemaking and healthcare services include safety checks, help with dressing, bathing, and medication, as well as transfers, insulin and other medical needs.

Enjoy a maintenance-free life. We handle regular upkeep on your apartment home, including appliances and all shared spaces. Add-on housekeeping and laundry services are available, and personal requests can be accommodated.

At Amira Choice, apartments are available for rent. Our leases are month-to-month, so there are no long-term commitments.
Your enhanced assisted living care rent includes a bright apartment home with a private bathroom. The monthly charge includes rent and care fees, covering utilities such as electric, gas, water, trash removal, recycling, expanded basic digital satellite TV and wireless internet, 3 chef-prepared meals per day, 1 (30-minute) housekeeping visit per week, 2 loads of laundry per week and a customized plan of care.
Access to our many community amenities located outside the enhanced assisted living care neighborhood are also included in the rent.
Your Medicare or health insurance does not pay for senior living rent. However, it may help pay for some of the services you receive while living in our community. Some residents have long-term care insurance plans that may help reimburse them for some of the day-to-day expenses of enhanced assisted living care.
Amira Choice Arvada does not currently accept residents receiving Medicaid covered nursing services, assistance with activities of daily living and other services in enhanced assisted living care. Please contact us for additional information.
You will need a doctor’s order to move into our enhanced assisted living care. When you are ready to move in, our healthcare team will provide an assessment, discuss available services that may be beneficial to you and be there to coordinate with your doctor every step of the way.
Yes, you may work with any healthcare provider that you choose. You can continue to go out to your doctors’ appointments as you have been doing. There are also doctors and other healthcare teams that visit each community.
We provide residences and care for older adults of all faiths. You do not need to be any specific religion to live in our communities.
Absolutely! Your family and friends are welcome to visit you anytime. We encourage your family members and friends to be involved in the life of our community.
