Our bright, spacious apartments are available in studio, studio-plus and two-bedroom layouts that are thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, each featuring private bathrooms.

Our restaurant-style dining room serves up three chef-prepared meals daily. Our cafe is a great place to gather with neighbors for coffee and delicious treats.

We welcome residents of all faiths. We offer non-denominational church services and regular Catholic Communion for those who wish to participate.

Our full calendar of activities includes social events, fitness classes, lifelong learning opportunities, group outings, guest entertainment, clubs, and more—all arranged to fit the interests of our residents.
Visiting Health Providers
We partner with provider groups to bring primary care doctors, nurse practitioners, podiatrists, and other specialists to our community. Medicare-certified partners also offer nursing, therapies, hospice and social work services.
Care Services
Licensed nurses and 24-hour care assistants are available to residents receiving care. Supportive homemaking and healthcare services include safety checks, help with dressing, bathing, and medication, as well as transfers, insulin and other medical needs.
Memory Care Neighborhood
Our Memory Care neighborhood is smaller and easier to navigate, allowing residents to be more independent. Our experienced staff has a special approach to caring for those with memory loss.

If the apartment of your choice is not available, you can put down a refundable deposit to be added to our waitlist for that specific unit.
If your loved one isn’t quite ready for senior living, but you feel the time is coming soon, don’t hesitate to visit us. The sooner you get on the waitlist for the specific type of floor plan or view that you want, the more options you will have when the time comes for a move.
At Amira Choice, apartments are available for rent. Our leases are month-to-month, so there are no long-term commitments.
Your memory care rent includes a spacious, bright, private apartment home. The monthly rent includes utilities such as electric, gas, water, trash removal, recycling, TV and wireless internet, 3 chef-prepared meals per day, 1 (30-minute) housekeeping visit per week, 2 loads of laundry per week and a customized plan of care. Our on-site team takes care of apartment maintenance and repairs.
Access to our many community amenities located outside the memory care neighborhood are also included in the rent. For safety and support, residents living in memory care enjoy these amenities with the accompaniment of a staff or family escort.
Your Medicare or health insurance does not pay for senior living rent. However, it may help pay for some of the services you receive while living in our community. Some residents have long-term care insurance plans that may help reimburse them for some of the day-to-day expenses of memory care.
Amira Choice Arvada does not currently accept residents receiving Medicaid covered nursing services, assistance with activities of daily living and other services in enhanced assisted living care. Please contact us for additional information.
You will need a doctor’s order to move into memory care. When you are ready to move in, our healthcare team will provide an assessment, discuss available services that may be beneficial to you and be there to coordinate with your doctor every step of the way.
Yes, you may work with any healthcare provider that you choose. You can continue to go out to your doctors’ appointments as you have been doing. There are also doctors and other healthcare teams that visit each community.
We provide residences and care for older adults of all faiths. You do not need to be any specific religion to live in our communities.
Absolutely! Your family and friends are welcome to visit you anytime. We encourage your family members and friends to be involved in the life of our community.
Visiting pets are welcome, but pets are not permitted to live with residents in memory care.
